SERVICE CHARGE

There is a cost to us in ticketing the event and Big Church Live works hard to see that this is delivered as efficiently as possible. Big Church Live have invested in and developed its own ticketing platform using a third party developer. This allows us to manage specialised and complex areas of ticket sales and distribution in-house and ensures you get the best and most cost effective service. A £2.50 per ticket Service Charge will be added to all ticket prices to cover ticketing costs including developer fees and processing fees. Your service charge is non-refundable.
